Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
• A minimum first deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus
• A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• If wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited

Cashback & Weekly Offers

• Weekly cashback is credited every Monday by midnight
• Cashback is credited directly to your balance — no wagering required
• Free bets are valid for Sports Betting only and expire after 7 days
• Multiple offers cannot be used together unless explicitly stated

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10, and the maximum limit varies by event
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has kicked off
• Odds in live betting may change at any time
• Any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or suspended

Parlay & Combo Bets

• A maximum of 20 events can be added to a parlay bet
• If any leg of a parlay is voided, it will be counted as 1.00 odds
• Using sure-bet strategies by placing bets on separate markets within the same event is prohibited

Any activity that violates Betting Win's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. The following actions will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using another person's identity
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Creating accounts with the deliberate intent of exploiting bonus offers
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems
• Threatening or harassing other users

Betting Win believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. As part of our Terms & Conditions, we are fully committed to responsible gaming.

• Each user can set their own daily/weekly spending limits
• The Self-Exclusion feature lets you deactivate your account for a set period of time
• If signs of gaming addiction appear, our support team is here to help
• We implement technical measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform

Betting Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

• At the user's own request

Inactive Account Fee

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months and holds a balance, a maintenance fee of ৳100 or 10% of the remaining balance — whichever is lower — will be deducted each month.
